It has brought us closer together by forging a unique bond. We are a team, loving, protecting and providing by various means for the needs of our babies. It has certainly shifted our focus, but we are firmly united in making the children our top priority.

My husband have always been supportive and helpful in anyway he can. I'm a stay at home mom and he still gets up in the middle of the night to feed our son or rock him to sleep when I'm too tired to do so. Some times, I feel like I'm the lazy one. =P

^^ Same here, I feel bad that he is doing too much sometimes.

We had a good solid marriage before LO and it is even better now, but honestly I think dealing with infertility brought us closer together moreso than having the actual baby.

I definitely have more respect and love for DH! I don't know how I would have gotten through the awful hospital stay and delivery without him- especially the three weeks of driving 3 hours a day each day round trip to the NICU and I wasn't allowed to drive so he had to do it. He helps out so much as he does the 7am and usually 11am feed as he's working from home for a bit. It allows me to get at least 4 hours straight sleep. I love seeing him hold our son. No problems changing his diaper, doing laundry, cleaning as we work as a team. We keep the mentality of helping each other first before helping ourselves. Keeps fights at a minimum. He's my forever love even though sometimes I think he's an asshole it's usually short-lived anger

Me and DH have a 16 month old and things are still amazing between us. It did bring us closer in a lot of ways, even through our struggles we have a closer bond. Of course we have our days when we need a break, and things get stressful, but the only reason we're stressed is because we just want some time to love on each other!

We're closer, although I didn't think it was actually possible to be closer. I'm so proud to be his wife and the mother of his child, he dotes on our son and I love seeing him with him. I love the fact that Noah is 50% me, 50% him but completely his own person, he is the best thing we ever achieved.
He helps out a lot and the little things just melt me, like last night when Noah had a slight temp from a rotten cold and DH got up twice in the night to check on him as he was sleeping.
