Can my 13 week baby be milk intolerant all of a sudden?

My lo has been sick alot more than usual over the last two days, he usually keeps his milk down but I have changed him 5 times in the last couple days. Not projectile but not like his usual self either.

Any suggestions? X

An allergy/intolerance can show up at any point, so yes. Howevere i would not say that *just* being sick is cause for concern of intollerance.

Are there any other symptoms? How are her poos? Normal colour? DO they smell bad? Are they mucousy? Does she suffer from painful wind (bottom end)? ANy exzema?

Absolutely. I became intolerant at 22 years old! Allergies can develop at any point in life.
