Income support to jsa, joint claim after baby is 15 weeks old?

Hia
Has anyone been on a joint couple income support claim whilst being pregnant, until there LO's were 15 weeks then had to change to jsa instead and your partner claim for u but on jsa?
Basically Id like to know when do income support or the job centre let you know you have to swap back to jsa, do they send you one of there letters in the post letting you know ,or do they just stop your money once your child is 15 weeks and i have to get in touch with the job centre myself?
If they send a letter when roughly do they send it ,just before its about to end or once your child has been born or?
My little boy is 10 weeks old.
Thanks all x
