Getting baby to drink milk from a sippy cup?

Freya has been doing really well with BLW and we introduced a sippy cup at the same time which she took to brilliant. She takes water from it really well so wanted to start offering some of her milk a day in one so that she can start to get used to it but she absolutely refuses to drink milk from it. If you give her water in it she would drink and drink and drink but milk she almost seems to know straight away and isn't interested. Does anyone have any tips on a way to give her milk aside from her bottle? I wouldn't take all her bottles away at all yet but just thought it'd be a good idea to start getting her used to a cup/beaker. Thanks in advance x

We use one the sippy cups with softer caps and he usually will take half his feed in the sippy and half in the bottle. Still weaning but he it seems to be a long introduction

He will watch me pour the feed into his sippy and bottle too... Idk if that helps the situation? Like he knows that he has both?

Iv been trying to get dd to take milk from sippy cup since I started blw too, shes 17 months old and still won't!!! She will have any type of cup for water or juice but as soon as she gets the milk she spits it back out I just don't know what it is!

Try a cup with a different spout to wha she normlly has n be persistent she might just get used to it!

we tried from around 6 months too and LO would not for love nor money take milk from any type of cup i must have around 15 different cups in my cupboard in the hope she might use on but nope,

my honest opinion hun is dont worry about it, milk is still very important part of there diet at the minute by the time LO is 1 food should be there main source of nutrition, we went cold turkey with LO at the weekend (only because pedeatrician told us she was having too much milk now she is 1) and she wiill drink some milk out of it but not much but i know that she is eating more than enough food so i dont worry about it xx
