What's your 3-4mo. LO's daily routine?

Just curious what your LO's routine looks like. I wish DS would take longer naps, but I guess it is what it is. Is there anything we can do to try to encourage longer naps and hopefully get it to 3 a day, rather than 4? Or anything we can do to encourage longer wake times?

We're mostly baby-led with a little parental nudging lol So here's our typical day:

7:50/8a - Wakes, 6.5oz. bottle, play
9/9:15a - 45min. Nap
10:00a - Playtime
11/11:15a - 6.5oz. bottle then 45 min. nap
12:00p - Playtime
1:30p - 6.5oz. bottle
2:00p - 1hr. Nap
3:00p - Playtime
5:00p - 6.5oz. Bottle
5:30p - 45min. nap
6:15p - Playtime
7:15p - Bath, Bedtime routine, 6oz. bottle, then bed by 8p and sleeps until 7:50a

Completely baby-led over here.

7-8:30 wake up and then she naps 1.5 hours after waking up. Her morning nap is usually only 40-45 minutes. And repeat throughout the day with bedtime between 7-8:30. I breastfeed on demand, so if she wants to eat before she sleeps or after she sleeps or or anytime in between I just go with it.

LO has 4 naps a day usually ranging in 40-45, but she ususally has 1 longer nap for 1hr 15 min - 1 hr 30 min.

LO wakes up usually 2-3 times a night still though (which I dont mind as we co-sleep).

Up about 4.30 am
Nap 6.30 - 8.30 ish
about 45 min nap 11 ish
About 45 min nap 2 ish
Hopefully another short nap about 5
Bed about 8, wakes for feed after 4-6 hrs, then every hr till 4 am

Play between naps and boob about every hour and before every nap x

Wakes up around 7am for a 9oz bottle, if still tired I'l put back to bed and he'll sleep until 8:30-9am, if wide awake we get up - he'll have a nap around 3 hours after getting up. We are out alot during the daytime, 9oz feeds are usually at 7am, 11am, 3pm & 6:30-7pm - he usually has three naps a day of about 45 mins each and the rest of the time is playtime! We bath every night before bottle then bed - he has slept through a few times but normally wakes once or twice in the night and a dummy usually settles him back down.Hes four months x

Is your routine baby-led? I'd love for DS to have that long of wake times...

Completely baby led. From the day he was born he used to have two 3-4 hrs awake blocks every day. Lol he hardly ever sleeps! He seems to be growing into it now so he can be awake so much and not get too grouchy till bed time.

Ha! I would have liked a sleepy newborn for a few days at least. In the hospital he stayed awake till 4.30-6 am screaming Every night keeping everyone else up!

Willow is 12 weeks.

7-8am wake up, 7oz bottle, play.
9.30am nap
10.30/11am Wake up, play or go out for the day
12/1pm. 6oz bottle and falls asleep while feeding
1.30pm. Awake and play
2.30/3pm. Nap, wakes between 3/4pm
4pm. 6oz bottle and play
5pm. Maybe have a nap for 20mins
6.15pm. Bath time, 6oz bottle and bedtime, asleep by 8pm properly after a few settling attempts! Then she sleeps through til 7/8am.

Lol, after writing down my routine twice today I've realised it's different every day, just depends when she wakes up, how long she'll nap for and what I'm doing, so if I'm driving anywhere she'll have another sleep while driving, or if we're out and about she'll stay awake longer. The only thing I "regiment" are her feeds as she doesn't cry for food so I tend to try and stick to times or shed end up having very little to eat all day.

Overall I think my parenting can best be described as flying by the seat of my pants!
