Sleep training started unexpectedly

First night of sleep training started unexpectedly. I broguth im into my bed as normal but he kept crying and screaming and wouldnt settle, so i checked he was changed, didnt want a bottle and when i picked him up he started laughing. So ive put him in his cot, im sitting outside the room and he's playing in their and gibbering away. Hopefully he'll settle down and go to sleep but i cant see it happening but i dont care how long i have to wait lol. I just need some sipport right now xx

Oh hun, at least he's not crying! I havent done any sleep training as such with my LO, but recently I have kinda made up my own method and it seems to be working.
As your LO is a bit younger, it may be that it takes a little longer, or even he picks it up faster! Who knows, but stick to your guns! It will probably take a while for him to realise that he cant cry and get you straight away, but you will get through it xx

I've been having to put LO in her crib since she was about 4 1/2 months old because of this. For bed and naps. Your LO will be ok. It is hard though I know. But they do get to the age that if they see you they want to play and will not settle.
