O/T- any weight watchers here?

I need some support!! I am day 3 into theprogram and I am starving constantly! How do you do this? Any tips?

Myalowence is 26 points, and I have 26 points each day, but I am still hungry. I want to loose 10 kg. I lost 20kg before getting pregnant, and I remember it was hard in the beginning but I did not have to take care of baby back then. Now, as I move a lot and go for loads of walks I find it dificult.
So how do you do that? Any tips ladies?

Thanks

I'm going weight watchers but my points is 33 at the mo. I have lost 10lb in 4 weeks so am pretty happy. My biggest problem was opening the fridge and snacking on what I could find so I keep grapes and carrot sticks at the front and snack on those throughout the day. Good luck with your weight loss xxx

I'm back on the plan 5 days also on 26 points, haven't been feeling hungry tho. I just fill up on free things like fruit and zero point soup. On the scales everyday tho (know i shouldn't!) and haven't lost ounce. I think this is gonna be a slow process - i just feel like my body is more sluggish now, i seem to suffer with fluid retention now too and dont know if my wedding ring will fit me from one day to the next

are u calculating activity points? you can pile up a good few if your walking a lot and you can eat ur extra points on filling and healthy things. I have zero will power so i have no, i mean no treats in my house! If visitors are coming round i tell them to bring their own treats and take the leftovers home

I am doing ww and eat alot of fruit and zero point soup. Make sure you are drinking enough too, I find this helps. Are you using your weekly points?

I try not to. Should I be using them?
