Kristin? if so, he was 8 days overdue.
but yep, his weight was average, NOW he's a big boy, 6 weeks and weighing in at 13lbs. I can't keep up with him anymore. lol.

He's formula fed, with some rice every 5th bottle to help with reflux.

Paige was 8lbs 14oz at birth, so not huge... but everyone always said she looked huge.. She has always followed the 75th centile right on the line, and for the last few months has been on the 5oth centile...

After a couple of months, I realised why people always said she was huge... its because of her HUGE head! Hehe, I think if she had a normal sized head she would look totally average, but she looks kinda out of proportion with her large noggin :P Although I have to say it doesnt look as big now as it used to!

ETA - she was exactly 5 months in this pic

My boy is now 19 weeks and 24 pounds. He is just breastfed at the moment but he just keeps growing! He's been off the charts for a while. Its nice to know there are other giant babies out there too x

My youngest daughter weigh little bit more than my.eldest did at the same age, though my eldest was formula fed and my youngest isvbreastfed! Youngest was 16lb 2oz at 18 weeks

Rowan was 8lbs 3oz when he was born and he was two weeks early. He was 22lbs 3oz when we took him in for his 9 month appointment and that was about a month ago.

Kristin- yeh sorry! Spelling mistake on ur name lol - and how long have u been ading rice too? Do u add it directly into the bottle? Was that a health proffesional recomendation? I imagine he goes longer without a feed coz hes fuller from the rice? I considered giving my baby abit of baby rice as she eats like no other!! X

My daughter is on the 100th percentile and is breastfed still at five months. The nurse said most breastfed babies lose weight by now. I must have fatty milk.

I'm pretty sure that the poster would be under the care of a doctor for this. It is not recommended to give solids, including baby rice until at least 17 weeks but as close to 6 months a possible. Baby rice is nothing and won't fill them up.
