HELP! Sleep Positioning Issues..flipping and waking up

So LO is 5 months old and just started flipping from back to front...but she has a neck problem (we go to P/T for it) and so she hates tummy time and HATES being on her stomach and it freaks her out....no problem during the day but now shes doing it in her sleep and then it wakes her up..or once she wakes up where she would normally go right back to sleep on her back...on her front shes waking up and freaking out... so then I have to go and flip her over...she NEEDS to be sleeping on her stomach but she wont or cant...so..how do I get her over this so if and when she flips over she'll just go right back to sleep? anyone else have this issue?

Dont know how to get her to sleep on her front but I use a positioner that keeps her from flipping onto her stomach in the first place! It works great.

we had a breakthrough....we woke up this morning and LO was asleep....on her belly!!..yay!!..not sure how long she was on there but really anytime for her on her belly is great because she has an extreme flat head

We're in the same boat with the neck issues and seeing a physical therapist. I found that she would cry when she rolled onto her belly when sleeping. Eventually the more tummy time she got she got used to it. Now she often sleeps on her belly without a problem. It might just be something you have to wait out unfortunately.....good luck!
