How much does your/ did your 12 week old nap?

My ds is tired after being awake for 90 mins. He then has to be put to sleep and wakes up hungry in about 45 mins. Sometimes he wakes in 10 minutes and has to be helped to sleep again.
He ends up having 4/5 short naps a day, and with the odd early wake up I just can't get anything done!
What were your lo's nap routine lik? X

Well.. my daughter is only 10.5wks but with both her and my son, they literally only woke to be fed, maybe stayed up 10mins after a feed and back to sleep until the next feed, this went on with my son until he was around 4 months old

If your not getting much done, try putting him in his bouncer or equivalent, in the kitchen with you while you, I dunno, do the dishes or w/e.. Just keep talking to him. Also, it doesn't hurt them to be alone for 10mins while you get something done (but then I believe in CIO)

My LO slightly older but his routine been same for a while. He normally wakes up between 8-9am then naps about 2hours after he gets up and this continues all day, napping for around 30 mins 2hours after his last nap. So altogether he has around 2hours. X

This is what I do. I have a 2nd lightweight bouncer and put him wherever I need to be - shower, kitchen etc. But I feel guilty as I feel I should be entertaining him all his awake time. So I've been trying to plan my housework when I expect him to nap, but he sometimes wakes up in 10 minutes and I have to rock him again!

Willow naps snatches all day long.

She wakes at 7.30am then has to be back asleep by 9.30am or I face a super grump. She sleeps for 20-40minutes per nap, then through the day she will nap after every hour and a half/2 hours until bedtime at 6pm (asleep by 7pm).

I would love for her to have two long naps a day, but I cant get her back to sleep once she's woken up!

Ps. I started a thread about guilt about putting her down for naps a couple of weeks ago, and doing chores during awake time as I thought she always needed stimulating...and to be honest I still feel guilty even though everyone said not to, think its just my nature!
