Is it normal and just hormones?

Since my LO was about a week old i've been really broody again and really missed being pregnant. The rational part of me knows it would be a silly idea to have another one so soon as our LO is so young and she hasn't exactly been the easiest baby to look after thus far.

We have decided that we will TTC #2 when LO is one, next Feb since we would like around a 2 year age gap.

My question is, is this current broodiness just down to my hormones? Is it normal to feel like this post partum? I'm not sure if the fact I feel like I was robbed of a nice labour is part of it and I had issues bonding with LO for the first couple of weeks...

I'm over two months postpartum, and I am still a broody mess, ha ha. We ttc now though, as I got permission from my doctor.

So for me, it didn't go away, but there are times where I'm thinking I can't believe we're doing this. That said, I have a feeling it's going to take a lot longer to fall pregnant this time around...so it will just be months of no condoms, YAY!

Oh dear so it's possible it will carry on then. My poor OH is going to end up harassed to death. If it doesn't happen early next year it will have to wait until late 2014 as we're planning on getting married in Spring 2014 - I don't want to wait that long!

I'm only just getting over my broodiness at around 4 months after my little one arrived. I loved being pregnant and now think I'd love 3 children even though I I always said 2 max! Realistically for me though it's going to be better to wait as nowhere to put other baby plus maternity pay things -my hubby wants to wait 3 years but I can't wait that long so thinking of trying when LO is 1-1.5 years old. Pleased anyway cos time is flying by so it will be time to TTC before we know it but am loving giving my baby all my attention good luck with whatever u decide to do xx

I miss being pregnant too. LO is just about 4 weeks, and a handfull right now, but that is not stopping me from wanting to get preg again soon. We will not be preventing as soon as I have the OK from the Dr. I hope Aug or Sept to get preg again... Fingers crossed!

I've been wanting another since our LO was born too, every said then its just your hormones but it definately isn't! The feelings have only got stronger but hubby wants to wait until our LO is a year old (he's just over 4 months now) - really hope I can persuade him otherwise, I really want to start trying sooner and want babies with a close age gap!x
