Yeah, for sure sleep deprivation plays a major role. I really am just trying to cope with the new addition of my lo.

I'm really afraid that I'm easily breakable right now, and I'm usually a very tough person.
i was the exact same way. i'm better now...better, not perfect. i have good days nd bad days.

Major life change so it is completely normal. I remember the morning after my son ws born, the discharge nurse was giving me all the instructions and I just started crying, we got in the car and on our drive homes just cried and cried. I cried for about 5 days straight. At my 6 week pp appointment I lost ALL my pregnancy wight plus 7 pounds because I would not eat and instead I would cry. It will pass, give it time

I cried too. I remember crying to my OH. He couldn't understand why I just broke down. What was I suppose to tell him? At that time, I couldn't find a reason why, so I just shrugged and said, "I don't know". But I think he had a clue. Other times I cried was when I'd be waking up at night to feed her because I was tired and exhausted. Lo kept waking up 45min later after the feeds. Everything was just overwhelming. I remember as I was crying, I looked over to OH in bed snoring, not a movement at li's cry. All I thought was how much I wanted to just throw a bottle at him or give a good kick at his ass - out of envy that he was enjoying his sleep...LOL.

I think lately things have been okay. Lo has been feeding great; she's been sleeping 4hours at night and not that much of a trouble to fall back asleep. I guess things do get better. I just miss my nights of sleeping like a hibernating bear.

Hey there...I think we all have had or have this feeling. I remember my first few days with Zoey. She would cry for milk and I didn't have much. I was stressed, felt tired from lack of sleep, and thought I'd never have milk come in. I didn't want to deal with her or even pick her up. It is hard to cope with, not easy to just handle, especially during the very firsy week. But what helped me was/is knowing that it's normal and expected and talking it out with your friends who have had kids really help a lot. BnB has helped me also.
