My LO is 10mo and whilst I've lost the bulk of the baby weight my belly is still wobbly and I still get lower back ache-just looked at the post pregnancy belly bands on amazon and was wondering if it's too late to try one? Any help/suggestions much appreciated!  |

Hi hun. I'm not sure about the belly bands but I've heard scarves work just as well. I had a 4 finger gap when LO was 2 weeks old and now at 4 months pp it's completely closed! My belly is now back to what it was pre-baby  |
