ladies...what contraception are you on???

So I have a doctors appointment on friday to discuss my contraception but really don't know what to get???? I was on microgynon since I was 16 but after being being on that for 8 years I could no monger take it as I had migraines with aura and taking it can give u a increased risk of a fit or something along them lines, I then can only take progesterone only so my options are. Quite limited I had cerezette and was on tha a month before ttc came off that ttc for 2 years fell pregnant and the doc gave me noriday after I had lo and I absolutely hated it made me a super b**ch stopped taking it and my moods have been fine!!! What would you ladies suggest??? I'm done with babys now I have 2 and that's my lot I'm not planning anymore has anyone got the non-hormonal coil if so what is it like?????

I have the contriceptive patch - its working but makes my skin sore.

We use condoms!

I was thinking of getting the mirena IUD but I've heard mixed things about it so I'm not sure. Until I make any decision though we're using condoms.

I find that co-sleeping is the best way to prevent getting pregnant again!!
