It is a difficult one because here in the UK we are not blessed with sunshine and vit d is extremely important plus they made a link with MS lately didn't they??

I got the drops but ive not used them. We are out everyday but its not very sunny so part of me thinks i really should use them.. then i look at them and they are like bright yellow and banana flavour? and im really not keen to give artificial chemicals to my LO if there is a more natural product i can give??

I don't think it needs to be sunny as such, as long as LO is in the daylight.

It's really silly the mixed advice people are given!! I might look online see if there are any natural drops, it can't do any harm to give them I guess
