You can start tummy time from birth, but start slowly, a couple of minutes for the first couple of weeks..build it up gradually. They didn't do it in the SCBU my LO was in but even some SCBU do it with some babies  |

Yeah, you can start it from birth, but not all babies like it. My LO will only lay on his belly for maybe 5 minutes max before he starts to scream the place down lol. You just need to build it up  Also, my LO likes tummy time more if he is led on my chest rather than the floor. He still has to lift his head to look at me/around the room do its the same benefit, and you can have some awesome conversations with your LO in that position XxX XxX |
