Eating baby wipes

What's my babies' fascination with this?

She keeps trying to get them out of the packet and suck on them! Surely they can't be tasty?!

Anyway, is it very harmful? She's not sucking on them often, but sometimes it just happens when she's playing.

My lo is obsessed with them, he gets so excited when he sees a packet. If I see him I take them away obviously but there's been a fair few times when he gets to suck them before I grab them. Im sure there's no harm but like you say, they can't taste nice!!!

Lol my LO is always sucking on them too! I doubt they'll do any harm x

My lo does it all the time and it's quite annoying when she does it around my mum as my mum takes it away from her telling me "that can't b good for her"....I dunno how many more times this scenario will play out until my mum realizes she's still going to do it lol xx

My son just started doing this too. I don't think it'll do any harm so I've been letting him tbh

Isabelle does this too... she LOVES baby wipes, they're almost her favourite thing.

try letting them suck on a clean wet cloth instead they do have some rather strong chemicals in babywipes

Oh I might try that! It's not like I encourage her, but she sometimes just sneaks into a corner with a couple of wipes to suck them
