I feed her right before I leave the house so she will rest in the waiting room. She wakes up for the Dr because I strip her to weigh her, but is alert and content.

I would normally wake her up and feed her early if necessary, and then hope she fell asleep in the car seat on the way there.

I would always get everything ready to go well in advance - pack the nappy bag, make sure I was dressed the car seat was out - knew where her dummy was- put my stuff in the car. The aim to get there 15-20 minutes early so hopefully would get there on time.

Get her up feed, nappy change and go! lol

Its even more of a struggle trying to get there to places in time with a toddler and a baby. haha

I was wondering this! We have a Christening on Sunday - my LO will be fours weeks old and today he has fed off and on for the whole time the Christening will be happening - the prob is he suffers from wind so then will have periods of crying I'm just going to give myself a couple of hours to get us ready try and feed him a bit first and then go - if we have to take him outside to the car so be it

At that young age I'd feed just before we left wether she just had a feed or not.
Then we'd be off and go! If she'd be hungry on the way I'd just nurse wherever we would be at that moment.

Now she's older it's easier as her feedings are much much shorter (10 minutes MAX). Then nappy change, shoes/coat on and off we go! I try to prepare the changing bag before her nap or the night before!
