I think I have the solution to our LO's sleep issues!

For months now Aubrey has been up 4 or 5 times between 7-midnight alone, and then she is usually up every half hour to 2 hours until 6 or 7 am. I have tried everything to get her to sleep, no-cry sleep solution, feeding her solids before bed, giving her formula before bed, shush/pat, letting her cry for a few minutes, and NOTHING worked.

I went to visit my sister who is a chiropractor (still has to pass one more set of boards before she can practice) and she took Aubrey and I to see her friend Dr. Kezia Shine (myalign.com) who is a chiropractor as well. She specializes in working on pregnant women, mommies, and babies.

Aubrey's pediatrician told me that Aubrey had torticollis (which is where the neck is turned because os a muscular issue) so I needed to get her physical therapy to fix it before her head got any flatter, and to fix the flatness that is there already from her preferring to face/sleep looking towards the left. I took her instead to Dr. Shine who told me that it's NOT torticollis, but her occipital is stuck in extension (lots of big doctor words, but basically her neck is turned funny because of s bone that is stuck, but not in a torticollis way).

She said that this can be so slight sometimes that regular doctors may not even notice it, but it can cause issues for the baby. A chiropractor knows what to feel for. I asked her if this could cause sleep troubles for her. She said: absolutely. I almost cried in relief.

I took Aubrey to see her Monday and Tuesday, and I'm going to take Aubrey to see her once a week for a while, then once every two weeks until it is sorted out.

In just 2 treatments Aubrey is already a lot less fussy, and her sleep has improved. The last 2 nights she did 3 hour stretches most times, and normally around 3 or 4 am I have to put her in her swing to sleep until 6 or 7, but she stayed asleep in her crib until 7 or 8 ish! It's small improvements, but I'll take it!!!!

I highly recommend you take your babies to see a chiropractor! Dr. Shine adjusts babies that are just days old. I like her because that is her specialty, so if you can find one that specializes in babies, then even better.

Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement with you ladies and give you a recommendation.

Not a problem! It's actually inspired me and I plan to finish this bachelor's degree, and then go to get my doctor's in chiropractics! It's so amazing!
