For me, it was a week. For my sister, it was over a month. It can really vary quite a bit.

Well had a doctor appointment today and he said my cervix is thinning. Still contracting frequently and am supposed to take the terbutaline (ugh!) until Monday to get through the weekend to 36 weeks! He said it's very likely she'll be here sometime in the next two weeks and I will most likely not make it to my due date or even close! My cramps have also gotten worse. Ugh. Well if all you lovely ladies can handle days of this, hopefully I can too! And most of you said you had pretty easy labors, so it's worth it, right?! Can't believe it's going to happen so soon! (Since this is my first I thought for sure she'd come AFTER her due date!!)
