Normal adult porridge is perfect - just make the way you do for yourself but dont add sugar.

I sometimes put some mashed banana through it for my daughter who loves porridge!

I make it in the microwave.

I hate ready brek - its so sloppy and just yuk!!

I make up a big pan of normal adult porridge with whole milk and add a couple of fruit pots to sweeten it, then divide it up and freeze it into individual portions. Two weeks worth of breakfast in one easy go! x

Thanks! So I can just make it using full fat cows milk? Wasn't sure if I'd have to use formula!

cows milk is fine as an ingredient, but not as a drink to replace breastmilk or formula.

I just make mine up with water in a pan on the hob and add banana after as it cools it quicker. I make it each day as it doesn't take very long. I added expressed milk once it was cooked when he first started so it was a familiar flavour but it's personal preference whether you want to use formula or not.

I use readybrek, I heat her bottle and use the milk from that to make the porridge. I'll then stir in some pureed fruit to sweeten it. X

I use ready brek also, and put fruit compote in to it most of the time. I use full fat milk

I used asda's ready oats. Bit thicker than ready brek and way cheaper, actually tastes pretty nice!

I use cows milk and then shove it in the microwave.

I use quakers oats, just make it with water on the stove. LO loves it with banana mashed in or sometimes I do pear. He gets so excited he starts dancing in his highchair.
