I just need a day - Page 2

I do take time for myself... I go to the gym 5-6dys a week (3 of those days I get up at 4:30am to go! So I can get it done before LO wakes and hubby goes to work)- then I get myself ready, her ready and head to my job

And hubby is always willing to watch LO when I need a little break... but sometimes I just want more than a little time away! LOL. Then I feel guilty for wanting time for myself? Catch 22 right? Guess that is part of being a Mom... I KNOW it's OK to have time for ME too... just not always as easy at it sounds when I say it! LOL.

Thanks ladies... hope we all get a much needed "moment" soon

My besties Bday is coming up later this month- and I KNOW she needs a day away as well- so I might plan a spa day surprise for her and then make sure the hubbies watch the kiddos while her and I have a day of girl time, pampering and relaxation... aaaaaaah

I was just thinking about this. I need even only 1/2 a day! To do anything away from Lo. I love him more then anything in the world, but being 24/7 mum starting to really bring me down! And hubby is too busy!

I want to sleep for 4 hours continuously on my back. i.e no lying on the side to feed my baby. Good god please!

Being a Mom is THE most wonderful thing ever... but we sure deserve a little break now and again! hehe.

Ugh I wish!! I work full time, have at least an hour commute in the morning and night, and my husband is away on business for a couple of months. Phew it is wearing me out! I really feel for all the single mothers out there!! I would loooove a day where I can go grocery shopping and clean the house in peace.

How sad is that? I would use a free day to do chores. HA!

Hubby took lo to his mums for a few hours on Sunday and I managed to shower, clean the house, go to the super market, cook a roast and put a load of washing on!! Was great

I had a day like that today....only because I had my gallbladder removed yesterday. My sil took Alexa for the day, but who am I kidding...i still vacuumed and put away laundry and did the dishes! It was nice being able to do it on my own time though!
