I just need a day...

A day that I don't have to worry about anyone else, clean up around the house, think about all that is going on, deal with work or take care of anyone...

Is that even possible anymore? LOL.

I feel like all the layers in my life are piling on and there just aren't enough hourse in the day!

Maybe I'll schedule a spa day soon? Aaaaah... that sounds lovely!!! hehe

I've been feeling like this for a while now.

Just one day where I can wake when my body wants, not be woken. When I can just do what I want, not have to referee arguments and be able to relax in some quiet.

Doesn't seem like a big ask until you become a parent

I totally agree with you. There just isn't enough time in the day for everything. Hope you enjoy your spa day.

Spa day..... Lovely! Am thinking of planning that myself!

I think that in that way we won't ever switch off, we are mums now and I guess we are programmed this way!

But it's really normal! x

Gosh, I want a day off so badly...

I want to go out for a meal and a few drinks with OH...

I want to be able to have a long bath without waiting to hear a cry...
