How long does your 4 month old nap for?

Eliott is 4 months and usually takes 3 naps during the day, a morning, afternoon, and evening. He sleeps anywhere from 15 minutes - 2 hours sometimes. He gets so fussy sometimes and i get fed up with him only taking short little power naps, but maybe this is normal?

how long does your baby nap for?

I guess I'm just remembering back to the newborn days when he slept for hours then woke up and ate and went right back to sleep again.

Generally, DS has always taken 45 min. naps, but in the last week or two we started giving him his little stuffed dog that he likes to snuggle and keeping him awake a bit longer during his awake times and he's started to sleep about 1hr - 1.5 hr. He used to take a quick 20 min nap around 6:30p, but the last week he's been skipping that one, so here's his typical nap schedule (we're baby led):

7:45a wake
9:00a nap (45 min)
11:00a nap (1hr -1.5hr)
2:00p nap (1hr-1.5hr)
4:30p nap (1hr)
7:30/8:00p bed

I wish mine would nap for 45 min or longer. On GOOD days she'll nap for 30 - 40 minutes. It's usually 15 - 20 minutes every 2 hours once she gets up for the day around 9:00ish.

My LO usually wakes and is up for about 2 hours then naps for 1.5-3 hours then I keep him up until around 7:30p after his bath. Then he's out. So really only one good nap during the afternoon and maybe a 30 min cat snooze later in the evening.
