hair falling out.

ive noticed im going bald at the temple!!!!!i see loads of hair on my pillow and loads come out when brushing!!!i heard this sometimes happen post birth,but what can i do to stop or improve it,im thinking of taking some E VITAMINS.
what can be done?

This happened to me too, about 3-4 weeks ago. It was crazy, my hair was EVERYWHERE! I literally thought I would have none left. I still notice im losing more than normal, but it has finally started to slow down. I'm not sure if you can do anything, as far as I know it happens because while we are pregnant we don't shed the normal amount of hair everyday, so it all comes out once our hormones regulate again. Good luck and don't worry too much, it will go back to normal soon!

I have 4 kids and after each birth for abt the first 3-4 months my hair fell out like CRAZY. Then it just stopped. You can cont to take the prenatal vitamins

Me too! My hair is EVERYWHERE!!! I hope it stops soon because i have a baldy baby and a balding husband, i'm the only one left with hair!

It's perfectly normal, as W8ing4ours says it's all the hair that didn't fall out while you were pregnant! It's a hormonal thing and won't be affected by vitamins. Wait till it all starts growing back in at the same time, that's even worse : )

Mine started falling out 12 weeks pp. From about 24 week pp it's slowed. I have a ridiculous baby fringe growing in now!

im proud to announce that it has finally started to grow back. i have a huge fringe growing now too.

Mine fell out for 3 months. When LO reached 6 months it just stopped falling out. Still have the baby fringe tho
