Advice needed on PND

Hiya

I was wondering if there was anyone willing to let me ask their advice on dealing with a family member with PND - via PM rather than in a thread.

If anyone was willing to let me pick their brains if you could PM me then it would be greatly appreciated.

As someone who has been very fortunate not to have suffered from any type of depression I'd really like some advice and I'd like to speak to someone who has been through it if at all possible (if you are willing of course).
