Right after the birth it was gone but it didnt go back to its pre-pregnancy "flatness" and more suppleness until maybe 1-2 weeks later. I think breastfeeding helped with that the most because aside form not gaining much weight during my preganancy, I didnt do anything. But durign the frst 2 weeks, whenever I breastfed I would get bad cramps the nurses told me its my uterus returnignt o normal size. My doc said my uterus contacted to normal size on day 4.

Mine went down right away but I find I get bloated much easier now! It looks ok standing up but when I sit down there is a lot of fleshy rolls that weren't there before!! I think that is slowly getting better and I make sure not to look in the mirror when I'm bending over lol

Mine went down the first 2 weeks really nicely, but then I stopped BFing as baby couldnt latch on and I was expressing anyway. Once I stopped that, the belly stopped shrinking and hasnt gone down at all since and my LO is 9 months old. Hate my tummy now, and its still so painful after the c-section.. I dont think its right, I do worry. I now also have quite an overhang which I never had before and I look like a deflated football
Only got 2 small stretchmarks during pregnancy, then straight after I got LOADS! Was like wtf!

i went down pretty flat instantly. Was still a little pouchy and soft but since 3 weeks pp i have been normal. Breastfeeding made my uterus go down quick and boy did I feel it with the cramping the first 3 days every time i fed him. I am not soft anymore and no loose skin or stretchies

I've no clue what is "normal"... LOL... but I think mine went down quickly. The doctor even made a comment about at when checking me out in the hospital after my c-section. I never got that big during pregnancy though... and gave birth a bit early at 36wks 4dys (as LO decided to try to come early- so had to go straight in for c-section due to placenta previa).

For sure there was a bit more of a belly there after than before (I was still 19lbs heavier after birth)... but once I got back in the gym, within a few weeks it looked just like it did pre-baby. I've lost most of the weight too... just 5lbs to go!
