A couple hours after delivery. I'm pretty small framed, only gained 30 ish lbs. By the next day I looked pretty much normal, the nurse was like "theres no way you just had a baby". Took a few weeks to drop the last 8 lbs but it didnt make much of a difference size wise for me. And now (before gettong pregnant again) I was about 10 lbs less than before I got pregnant with my son. Probably due to the breast feeding. I hope I just as lucky this time.
Mine still hasn't gone down 5 months PP! It's a lot better than it was, I only look about 4 or 5 months pregnant now. For the first 6 weeks or so. I still looked very pregnant. I'm planning on starting those sit-ups very soon!
Mine took a couple weeks to budge (I literally looked 10 months pregnant a full 2 weeks after birth!) but then it went down so quick, I was at pre-preg weight by 6 weeks and kept losing. I will say that while the belly went down, it never tightened back up and the skin is loose. If I'm standing, it looks great, but if I bend over, yuk:-)
One thing I noticed that annoys me now is that the slightest bit of weight gain makes my belly stick out! As long as I am skinny it's flat, but have a big fatty meal or something and BAM there it is again. I am proud of my post-baby figure but this really annoys me.
