we just have one pair of good shoes that she wears every day. Clarks doodles, they are great because they are clarks fit, machine washable and under £20. She does have a pair of fancy shoes that she wears sometimes. I am more concerned that her shoes fit right so she can walk properly rather than match everything she wears. I did get the purple ones though witch match almost everything she wears

Quality every time. Niamh has a pair of clarks black painten leather shoes that do go with everything, a pair of clarks doodles for going to the park and a pair of cheep wellies since she's only in them for half an hour max once in a blue moon.

I'd buy exspensive pair from

Isla didn't wear shoes until she could walk.

Since then I tend to buy my shoes from clarks and get them fitted. If I want another to go with a specific outfit I look on ebay. I have found 2nd hand clarks shoes in the colour I want for £0.99. Then I know they will also be a good fit and good quality. I have found buying cheap shoes from tesco, Asda etc is false economy as they scuff really easily and look scruffy. I've been very disappointed with some shoes I have bought.

We have brought little man 1 pair of shoes from clarks at a time. His first pair were £20 and his most recent pair were £24. We have found he has quite wide feet and I prefer clarks as they measure width as well as length. He still rarely wears shoes though and is mainly just in socks.

I go for buying 2 pairs from Clarks when Tom's feet grow - expensive but they fit really well and now his feet have stopped growing as fast they're lasting well for a 2 yr old boy wearing them in the mud, crawling round on concrete etc.

I did get him some from Next which looked good but 1 pair left red marks on his feet after about 20 mins and he kept tripping over his feet in the other pair so I'm not wasting my money on cheaper shoes now.
