11 month old gone off solids and driving me mad

All of a sudden my LO took a dislike to solids. She turns her head away for ANY food apart from bread and pasta. Sometimes she won't even taste the food, so she doesn't even know what she's getting.

My OH are becoming fed up as she's not eating any solids, just formula. We thought it would be just a phase, but it's gone on for a month now and we're worried she's not getting enough nutrients. We are both dreading lunch/dinner times now and although we aren't forcing her to eat, I'm worried that we're not being forceful enough!

Truly fed up.

you can take a horse to water hun

i would keep trying her with things and taking it away when she doesnt want it, the bigger a deal you make of it the worse it'll get as she is starting to realise she has options x
