when did ur lo's eye finally settle on their colour?

I am just curious as my little guy got grey eye as most are born with....but cant wait to see if he going to have blue like mine or brown like his daddy. I know genetics says they will most likely be brown but u never know.

I think they can change up to 2 or 3 years. But it seems around 9 months is the most common on an old thread I read. Hate waiting this long! My babies are still very blue. I have brown eyes and my husband has blue.

Violet's were very dark blue now ay yen months there light blue n seem to have stayed the same colour since around 8 months! X

Still waiting (i think!) My LOs changed from dark blue to light blue so far but both me and DH have brown eyes. My FIL has bright blue eyes but nobody in my family has blue. Weird!

My lo has blue eyes I think. Its hard to describe because she has a yellow lining in the middle. I think it can take about 2 yars for eye colour to settle.

My LO eyes are getting bluer. Mine are blue OHare brown. So thought they would go brown. Hoping they stay blue x

My LO has very blue eyes, can't see them changing although I expected her to have brown as I do and just assumed with always being told it was dominant but OH has blue so not massively surprising - can't imagine her with dark eyes now

My sons changed sometime around 6 months I think. My daughter still has blue eyes, but they are the kind that you know will change to brown. The steely grey-blue usually changes to brown while super light blue stays blue/green/hazel IME. But anything can happen!

I can't wait either, atm they are blue but a different blue to when she was born, mine are Hazel/Green and my OH are blue. I want her to have blue eyes as she has my hair colour and it will be quite a nice combo.
