Hiya,
My little boy wears a vest, a sleep suit (onesie) and has a 2.5 tog sleeping bag. I keep his bedroom at about 18-19 degrees.
His hands get cold in the night so i check by sticking a finger down the front of his clothes onto his chest. Not sure how to say warmth wise... just nice and warm, never cool on the body and never clammy. He should be the same temp as you.
We have a baby thermometer as well, just seen another thread with people asking which one. Highly recommend getting one
Last night he had a bit of a temperature (teething) so wore a vest, sleep suit and had a thin cotton blanket, but i kept checking him.
