Question about night times/ early morning...

Was just wondering what your views are ladies!! My little man always seems to wake up between 4-5am for a feed and afterwards doesn't seem to be sleepy. I often put him in his cot, where he is quite happy to lay looking around, while I get back in bed for a while. I always feel guilty for leaving him with nobody to talk to though. Should I be staying up with him? He's not a great sleeper yet, so I take my chances when I get them for some shut eye. But still can't help feeling guilty when he's led there during the night awake. What do you ladies do?

XxX

Its hard not to feel guilty, at first I felt I was neglecting LO by just shoving him in his swing chair while I got a shower, but he is more than happy & when hes not, he lets me know & mummy goes running

I usually do housework either when he's napping or after he's gone to bed at night. Only time I leave him awake is when I cook and DH has him lol. But I see what you mean

I do this all the time with mine, as long as she's not crying I don't see a problem. If they want something the'll let us know x
