Middle Name for Dylan

We really like the first name Dylan, but we are having a tough time with the middle name. It wouldn't be so hard but we have a very long last name. I really like the way Dylan Alexander sounds but with our last name (10 letters long) I am worried it will be too long. What do ya'll think of these choices? Any other ideas are welcome

I voted for Dylan James for 3 reasons:

1. Sounds great -- good flow
2. Nice tribute to FIL
3. I like the initials "DJ"

They all sound nice, though!

We are playing with the name Dylan for our LO, and if we do use it, he will be Dylan Jack

I like Dylan James best. Love the name James, not really keen on Alexander or Charles x

I voted Dylan James because i'm a sucker for honouring family members with middle names!.

It also sounds really cute with Dylan plus it is short enough not to sound too much with your long surname.

x

Thanks guys. I worry about picking my FIL's name because I don't want to offend my father or anyone else in the family. My grandma was hoping we would use my grandpas name (Fred) but we aren't too keen on it.

Flubdub, we also love the name Jack. One of our friends named their son Jack Dylan and our upstairs neighbor's baby is Jaxon (Jax) otherwise we might use Jack instead.
