Too similar?

One of the names I have been considering for a girl is Leah.

I have an older sister called Alea, but she rarely goes by Alea and has been called Aly for most of her life. She lives in London (I am in the US) and while she plans on spending a couple of weeks with me once I've had the baby, I will see her about once a year.

Is Leah too similar to my sister's name? I'm not sure since she rarely uses her 'real' name and I don't/won't see her too often. What do you think?

I think it's a nice way to honor your sister... I have a aunt named Jennifer and another named Lorraine... My parents named me Jenna and my sister Lori... Similar, but not too close.

I love the name Leah either way!
