I love Metallica, massive fan! Hetfield is my god!

I like the idea of Tallica as a middle name. It also provides a story behind it if people ask

I don't like when parents choose favorite bands/actors/character names for their kids. Your child is going to have different tastes than you someday and might not even like the band. It just feels unsentimental. Just my honest opinion.

I don't like using the whole band name.

I do however like the idea of you shortening it to Talli or something

Though I think I'd pick a favorite song and use part of that or something, or maybe favorite member of the band.

Your child is their own person, not a billboard for your current personal tastes...

Imagine if your middle name was your mum's favourite band back from her era. Would you like them? Or would they be 20 years out of date?

Your baby will have her own likes and dislikes, and won't want to be reminded of an old band from 'the old days' that has no relevance to her own life.
