Saw a real beauty on toddlers and tiaras this week called Paisley. It's a lovely name.

To me, Paisley is not a name. It's a suburb of Glasgow. Near the airport. Also, I work with fabric and paisley is a pattern. I wouldn't name a child Paisley any more than I'd name a child Tartan, Argyle or Polka Dot.

But I'm just one person, it's your baby and your daughter will bring to life any name you give her!

To be honest I don't care for it, to me it doesnt really sound like a little girl's name, and really not an adult name. Like another poster said to me it's a pattern.
