Afraid baby won't have a name!

I never realized how hard it is to name a little girl...

I have a whole list of names but am partial to Alannah (short A sounds) and Annaliese. We were going to have her middle name as Leigh but it doesn't sound right with Annaliese (my fav so far). We were going with Leigh because my husband's grandmother's middle name was Lee and we wanted to honor her. She passed away a few years ago.

Any ideas, opinions? I have 13 weeks to go until LO is due and I am freaking out because she isn't named yet!

I really like Alannah! And i also agree that the middle name of Leigh wouldn't go with Annaliese. I wouldn't worry that you haven't got a name. You could have 1 in your head that you are sure of but when you see her it could all change.x

Instead of Annaliese you could use Annaliegh or Anna Leigh ?
I wouldn't worry too much about the middle name not flowing too well anyways because you hardly ever hear a middle name! haha and I wouldn't worry about not having her name yet either, like you say you have a few girls names already so you could narrow the list down to a few and then when you see your little princess for the first time you will know what name goes best (: congrats btw!

I feel ya! I have like 7 1/2 months to go but I've looked through like literally 250,000 names and found *one* I like. Or should I say one that I like and hubby oks. I like Daylinn for a girl or Daylen for a boy but he say's it's be Day-Day and he doesn't like that. I also ended up flipping a coin in the hospital for my dds middle name. It's Mae. I don't like it, too generic.
I do like Alannah however. Good luck!!!!!!!!

If you really like the name Annaliese and want Leigh as a middle name then how about having 2 middle names and putting something inbetween the Annalies *** Leigh Surname
Then you will both be pleased

I asked my husband last night if he would be very upset if we didn't go with Leigh as the middle name. He is willing to work with me I still like Alannah Leigh but for some reason the name Annaliese will not get out of my head!

I like the idea of two middle names but haven't discussed it with DH. I kinda like Annaliese Faye Leigh *Surname*.

Any other middle name ideas for Annaliese? Thanks ladies!!

Well, my husband wants to stick with Leigh to honor his grandmother (I can't blame him) and I absolutely love Anneliese (changing from Annaliese to Anneliese so she doesn't get teased for having anal in her name). He said if he can keep Leigh then I can have Anneliese. The names still do not flow very well, Anneliese Leigh. I have been thinking about two middle names to break it up a bit. Any ideas?

Here is what I have thought about so far:

Anneliese Faye Leigh
Anneliese Piper Leigh

I think it's nice that you are going to honour his grandmother and i LOVE Anneliese!

I prefer Anneliese Piper Leigh more than Faye

What about Annalieza (Anna-Leeza).. Doesn't sound too bad - Annalieza Leigh.
Just throwing it out there!

I like Anneliese Piper Leigh! It's really pretty. I also like the suggestion, Annaleigh.
