How to put my journal as a signature?

Basicaly I've seen everyone making journals and decided to make one, just noticed you have like a link for example "Sarah17's Dear Diary'' how do I make it like a link so you can lick it on and it'll take you to the journal?

If you quote this message, you will see the text you need.. copy it in to your signature as it is and it'll work.
