The 3-month-old baby boy is between 10.6-18.3 pounds.

I think most would say it's pretty impossible for an exclusively breastfed baby to be overweight as they only eat as much as they need, and are excellent self regulators

I say don't worry about it!

When my son was 4 months old he was tipping the scales at 22lbs (nearly 12kg)! I was convinced he was going to suffer a life of obesity. Now he's 12 years old and is a long string bean. You cannot pinch an ounce of extra skin on that lean body of his.
