Adding milk to refrigerated bottle

Quick question; can I add pumped milk to a bottle that's been in the fridge for a day?

If I have too small amounts I wait until both are at same temp and then combine them.

i dont wait i just chuck it in and shake!!! but then thats me, i dont mess about with much but i am religious when it comes to sterilising everything. im sure its fine to just add the new milk and bung it back in the fridge, try and remember tho that it will go off when the oldest milk does so dont get confused and keep it too long!

Also I wanted to comment that milk should never be shaken it destroys the proteins in the milk.
