This is what we have, and I've not had any problems the handful of times Jack's had EBM from them (haven't tried since he was just over two months though).
Re: nipple confusion, it's not really a matter of preference so much as there's a difference. Babies don't have to work as hard to get milk from a bottle. Also, the way they suck on a bottle is different from how they suck from the breast; so they can get used to doing one way. That's why they try to make bottles that say they're easier to switch back and forth between the two.
The TT CTN bottles make it harder for LO to get milk out (like BFing), partly because they cone with slow flow teats.
With other types of bottles/teats the milk flows out with minimal effort from baby, which is how it can be possible to overfeed a bottle fed baby.
I first gave LO a bottle at 3 weeks and she was fine, I tried to give her a bottle at least once a week so she stays used to it, but never remember! On the osmdd occasion she does have a bottle though, she's still fine with it.
Adiri Natural Nurser - it's the only bottle my son will take. we tried all sorts of 'close to breast' bottles and nothing worked. (We never tried Tommee Tippee though because those just started being offered here in Canada)
