Milk supply and baby sleeping through the night....

My baby is nearly 10 weeks and regularly sleeps through the night for about 8 hours. At first I thought this was great as I got a much better sleep!

I initially had a couple of days of engorged breasts, but now I am now faced with less supply. Whilst i have enough to bf him, I am struggling to express enough for his one bootle a day (this never used to be a problem). It's taken several attempts to get it, rather than the one or two it would normally take.

I reluctantly got up at 2am last night to express and have fed baby a bit more often and expressed more than usual, in attempt to up my supply to where it used to be. It is a bit disappointing though that i have to sacrifice sleep to do this. I take it there is no other way to do it though? I was so chuffed when he started sleeping through too ......

Yeah you probably need to wake up to express. Unfortunately. Maybe try pumping right before bed so you can hold off a little longer. Have you tried fenugreek? I swear by it and oatmeal. They really helped my supply and I had chronic low supply. This can help with not being able to get much at the one pump session your struggling now.
