griping pain - what should I do?


my baby is 1 month old and i think he has griping pain. i give him infacol before feedign and gripe water but still he can;t settle himself,always woken up every half an hour
what should i do i feel like an unfit mother

lie him on his belly on lightly rub the bottom of his back or gently push his knees/legs up towards his belly xx

I use the dr browns bottles to stop too much air going down,also try winding just before a feed too or half way through dont feel bad,you are still learning like all of us.
