if you do relactate and LO is latching well try Domperidone. Its an antiemetic but works well with relactating and that plus letting LO suckle will bring your milk supply back within a week.

i have thought about relactating but am not sure how easy it will be with working 2 days a week? Can i still get my milk back after 4 months? there doesnt seem to be any sign of any left? Thankyou all. xx

latching is the most important thing with relactating as opposed to there being any milk left in there, from what I've read its likely you can get 25-75% of supply back xx
