Pretty much the only thing helping right now is massaging my breasts with a hot face washer for a good hour or so (DH keeps bringing me warm ones) and then trying to hand express before feeding or expressing. Time consuming but it has been worth it. So much less pain and I have a full baby or full milk storage bag by the end of it. I also have to massage out any lumps during feeding/expressing.

It has been very hard and I am only continuing through a lot of determination and working through the tears. She has been asleep on my chest for a good 45 minutes after a feed. That makes me forget the hard part.
You had a baby girl! Congratulations!!! Carmen is a gorgeous name
I'm going to battle through too, he's a week old
tomorrow so I'm just going to try and focus on the fact that in 2 or 3 weeks things WILL be better xx
