Reflections on Breastfeeding

Definitely worth watching if you're having a hard time BF and need a reminder as to why you're doing this

"We asked families if they could go back to right before they decided to breastfeed... what would they tell themselves?"

I would tell myself that it would be hard, but so worth it, and that I would need to let go of the past (trouble BF DD1) in order to succeed in feeding DD2

I would tell myself "don't expect to be able to express enough on top of feeding!"

It's a nightmare to get e en enough for one feed. Baby manages fine though, thankfully

I like that postpartum depression would have been worst.....I totally feel like mine would be worst if I didn't have this bonding with my LO

Beautiful! I would tell myself...just because he wants to eat all the time, doesn't mean I am starving him.
