Has anyone successfully transitioned from bottle to breast?

If so, how old was your LO when you did it? And how did you do it?

My friend yesterday suggested that I should just give up, as LO is almost 6 weeks and that's too old to teach a baby to BF

I did... my baby was given a bottle first thing in the hospital, so then all she wanted was a bottle. It was a tough transition, and there were lots of tears...
I had to finally get to where I'd "trick" her. I'd get her going on the bottle while snuggling right next to my breast, and then once she got going, I'd quickly switch her to the breast. It eventually worked and she breastfed until 9 months old, and happily switched back and forth between the two.
