Increasing milk supply

What can I do? Are a certain number of wet diapers an indicator of that baby is getting enough?

I nurse VERY frequently is this enough to build supply? Just wondering, got a bit paranoid about this today.

not sure how many wet diapers, but my son goes pee and poop alot. If your changing plenty of diapers, then baby is getting plenty. Feeding on demand and as much as he wants will build up supply. I also heard about oats and fenugreek vitamins help. I started fenugreek last night just so I can get extra out for pumping. so we will see how it works.

I think I read at least 6 wet diapers a day (in 24 hours), and newborns should have at least one poo a day until about 4-6 weeks, after which it's ok to go several days without a poo. Feeding very often is very normal. Be sure to drink plenty of water - this helps supply also.
