Dairyfree mummies foodporn thread....*warning, lots of cake/choccie pics*


I keep ogling all these lovely pictures of cakes and things i can't have. Ive even caught myself wanting to take photos of ones i see in shops and bakeries

so heres what ive been drooling over recently:

U poor things! luckily I can have dairy, but I'm trying to loose this mum tum so most of the above are still off limits to me. Im sitting here drooling. That rolo cupcake looks amazing!! Why can't you eat crisps Booda? Sorry if I'm being dumb!

because milk is in freaking EVERYTHING! Even crisps!

Yeah theres butter powder or something like that (it was ages ago when i checked) and its still enough to affect my LO, i had a big bag accidentally at new year and didn't think to check, all his symptoms came back for about 3 days it was awful

Yes i have all the "vegan alternatives" and sorry dear but nothing compares to real cheese or chocolate!

Oh wish I hadnt looked! Am currently having my black tea!

The thing I miss the most is cheese on toast, really strong mature cheddar oozing from the bread!

Aarrgghh!!!

Still it's all worth it to haves happy baby!!!

Been thinking of this all day. I'd love a vegan alternative to this that tastes just as damn good!

I need to upload photos...but I haven't got a photo of the exact cake anyway. Went out with friends and littlies to amazing tea room. Friend had an opera cake...

Only it looked like that on steroids.

Another friend had cake that was chocolate cake with a creme brûlée centre, Chocolate mousse....all covered in Chocolate.

Step too far for the old trialling. Especially as it was a fair journey home.

Balls, balls, ballllllllllllssssss.

I was literally dribbling into my peppermint tea. Yes, they only had normal cows milk. Sods.
